Evaluates bids independently according to published criteria. Independent observers attend procurements above threshold. Subject to MINMAP concurrent and ex-post controls.
SIGAMP Registration
All Kumbo Council contracts are registered in the national SIGAMP platform by the Council's designated focal point in the Procurement and Contracts Unit.
All public procurement at Kumbo Council is governed by Decree No. 2018/366 of 18 June 2018 (Public Procurement Code). The Council's Internal Tenders Board (ITB) operates under MINMAP oversight. All contracts above threshold are entered in SIGAMP in real time.
