The Kumbo Council is committed to protecting the personal data of every person who uses this website.

- To improve the Council's services and website based on usage patterns.
- We do not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Data Retention
- Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 12 months.
- Service records (civil status documents) are retained in accordance with Cameroonian administrative law requirements.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held about you by the Kumbo Council. To exercise these rights, contact the Council Secretariat in writing.
